You can pay by the following means:

1. By transferring the total amount 6 weeks before the start of your journey to bank account 8000502 Barclays Bank Arusha Branch Tanzania addressed to Karibu Africa Safaris Ltd. For bank codes look below.

2. By transferring 20% of the total amount 1 month before the start. This is a confirmation amount. After receipt Karibu Africa Safaris will send you a confirmation of this which also serves as the final confirmation. The other 80% has to be payed cash in US dollars when arriving in Arusha. A representative of Karibu Africa Safaris shall collect this amount and will hand over a receipt. This payment arrangement is only applicable for camping safaris. For lodgesafaris, mountainclimbing or otherwise please look at point 3.

3. By transferring 60% of the total amount, at least 6 weeks before the start of your journey to the bank account mentioned at point 1. The other 40% must be payed cash in US dollars at your arrival in Arusha. As already mentioned a representative of Karibu Africa Safaris will collect this amount and hand you over a receipt.

Cancellation

1. You can cancel your holiday until 4 weeks before leaving. In case of a (down) payment Karibu Africa Safaris will make a restitution refund of this amount less the transferring costs.

2. When cancelling at less then 4 weeks before leaving, the total downpayment-amount (20% or 60%) will be withheld. In case of full payment 80% or 40% will be refunded.

3. When not showing up at the date of departure without letting Karibu Africa Safaris know first, total payment will be withheld.
