Itinerary

DAY 1: Arrival and transfer to the hotel.

After the arrival you will be met and picked up by our professional tour guide driver who has specialized in handling family adventures with special care for the kids and still maintain professionalism, alongside our office representative who will escort you to the hotel and make sure all is in order. Also, you will be briefed shortly about the upcoming days so that you have an idea. You will then have a chance to rest up after a long flight so that you are fit and ready for your adventures to come.

DAY 2: A day of activities in Arusha.

You will be picked up by our professional tour guide driver at the hotel who will take you to Lake Duluti for forest walk and canoeing which is also a chance to do bird watching. You will have packed lunch with water and juice but for the adults, drinks are available in the Duluti lake area and also nice view to relax and catch a breeze. In the afternoon, you will be having a coffee tour and local traditional hot food from the farmer and harvesters of coffee in the plantations. Which will aslo have a short village walk. After a day of excursions, you will be then driven back to the hotel for your evening relaxation, refreshments and food.

DAY 3: Another day of activities in Arusha and town tour.

On this day, you will be picked up at the hotel for a town tour in Arusha town which will help you understand the city a little bit better and give you a chance to interact with the local people through shopping for souvenir or anything else you need. After cruising in town, you will then head to Napuru waterfalls which is also in Arusha for a day in the forest doing a waterfall hike which is just 15 minutes from the gate with packed lunch. Also, in the forest, there are quad bikes to ride, ziplines, target practice by arrows and paintballs, a restaurant, a bar and many more things that will make your stay there epic. After a day of excursions, you will be then driven back to the hotel for your evening relaxation, refreshments and food.

DAY 4: Arrival and drive To Tarangire national Park for game drive.

After the arrival you will drive to Tarangire National Park is in northern Tanzania, in the Manyara region south of Lake Manyara. The distance from Arusha to Tarangire national park is equivalent to 109.3 km stunning gigantic Baobab tress. The name of the park originates from the Tarangire River that crosses the park. The Tarangire River is the primary source of fresh water for wild animals in the Tarangire Ecosystem during the annual dry season. The Tarangire Ecosystem is defined by the long-distance migration of wildebeest and zebras. During the dry season animals concentrate in Tarangire National Park from the surrounding wet-season dispersal and calving areas. You will have a chance to take a break in a picnic area and have Drinks and packed lunch box from Arusha, then you will resume with the game drive around Tarangire national park. After the game drive you will have an overnight at your lodge.

DAY 5: Full day game drive in Tarangire national park.

On this day you will get another chance to explore the Tarangire national park. You will have a chance to take a break in a picnic area and have Drinks and packed lunch box from Burunge tented lodge, then you will resume with the game drive around Tarangire national park. After the game drive you will have an overnight at your lodge.

DAY 6: Drive to Serengeti with a game drive on the way.

After an early breakfast, you will take a drive to Serengeti national park via Ngorongoro conservation area whereby the distance from Burunge tented in minjingu area to Ngorongoro conservation area gate is equivalent to 136.3km where you will take a stop to check the transits permit to Serengeti national park for 10 minutes and then proceed a drive to Serengeti national park with a game drive on the way. Distance from Ngorongoro conservation gate to Serengeti national park gate is equivalent to 104km. Serengeti National Park is a World Heritage Site teeming with wildlife, 15,000 square kilometers in size. The endless Serengeti plains dotted with trees and kopjes from which majestic lions control their kingdom gaze upon the Great Migration in awe or find an elusive leopard in a riverine forest. In Serengeti national park host different species of animal such as Lions, cheetahs, gazelles, leopards, zebras, antelopes, giraffes, birds and elephants some of these animals a rare to see due to food and dry season in the park so you might see some or all the species . DAY 7: Full-day game drive in Serengeti.

Another day to enjoy the home of the enormous migratory herds during the dry season. The Serengeti remains an unexplored wilderness packed with stunning landscapes and abundant wildlife. The most captivating highlight of this area is undoubtedly the massive herds of migratory wildebeest and zebra during the dry season. However, the North Serengeti also supports an abundance of resident wildlife including lion, elephant, hippo, giraffe, crocodile, and the rare oribi antelope. . You will have a chance to take a break in a picnic site and have Drinks and packed lunch box from Banagi safari lodge, In the evening, you will head back to your camp for rest and refreshments which will be in the park.

DAY 8: Drive to Karatu for half day Crater Tour..

Another half day to enjoy the home of the enormous migratory herds during the dry season. The Serengeti remains an unexplored wilderness packed with stunning landscapes and abundant wildlife. DAY 9: Drive back to Arusha for evening flight back home

After your breakfast you will drive from Karatu to Arusha city for flight back home with packed lunch and this will be the final day of your 9 days dry season wildlife safari. If time allows, feel free to tell your driver to stop anywhere that you find interesting so that you can be able to do your final shopping or any other needs. The driver will make sure you arrive at the airport in the correct check-in time so as to make sure we are on schedule.
