Can I drink tap water?

No. Drink bottled or filtered water. We provide drinking water in the safari vehicle.

Is there Wi-Fi on safari?

Most lodges have Wi-Fi in common areas, though it can be slow in remote parks.

Tipping is customary for guides, porters and lodge staff. We share suggested amounts with your booking.

Yes. We plan family safaris with shorter drives and child-friendly lodges.

Visa: Most visitors need a visa. Apply online for an e-visa before you travel.
Flights: Fly into Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), about an hour from Arusha. We arrange airport transfers.
Health: A yellow fever certificate is required if you arrive from a yellow fever risk country. Ask your doctor about malaria prevention.
Insurance: Travel insurance covering medical evacuation is strongly recommended, and required for Kilimanjaro climbs.
