Cancellation and Payment Policy

Karibu Africa Safaris does not charge cancellation fees for trips canceled 45 days before the departure date:

44-30 days before departure – 30% of the total amount

29-14 days before departure – 60% of the total amount

13-0 days before departure – 100% of the total amount

If a booking requires down payment or full payments at hotels and/or airline tickets in order to secure the booking, a down payment of 60% is requested at the time of the booking before we can confirm the requested hotels and/or flights.

In case of a (down) payment, Karibu Africa Safaris will make a restitution refund of this amount less the transferring costs in case of a cancellation 45 days before departure.

Booking is 100% confirmed by Karibu Africa Safaris when a down payment of 60% is received into our bank account.

The remaining 40% should be paid in full 4 weeks before departure on safari by bank transfer.
